It's a concept album I created based around an alternate universe version of myself, as a 27 year old man with questionable sexuality who never came out to himself, who never questioned gender or fashion, has lived a very upsetting life, and has to move to the suburbs to support a family he doesn't want.

The entire album is a story, so I recommend giving a listen through the whole thing.

About the Title: One day in that universe my son Brien will come up to me and said "Hey Dad, I'm Upset" and I'll say "Hi Upset, I'm Dad". This is for that moment.
